Yes. PayGala is month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard. Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable, but you save 15%.

We pass Stripe's processing fees directly to you. On Basic we add 0.5% on top of Stripe's standard rate (2.9% + 30¢). On Pro, there is zero markup — you pay only Stripe's standard rate. For a $10,000 event, that's a $50 savings per transaction on Pro.

Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans include our bulk importer for Tripleseat CSV exports and Google Sheets. We map your existing contacts, leads, events, and payment history into PayGala — no data loss.
